Essential Instructions for Your Reusable Pads
Care & Wearing Tips:

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wear with the stitched creases facing up and the printed side facing down. Wear as you normally would a disposable pad, changing as often as needed.

Washing Your Reusable Pads:

  • Rinse soiled pads in cold water. Store in a Wetbag or bucket until laundry time.
  • Wash with regular detergent in COLD water within 48 hours. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • For heavily soiled pads, soak in a bucket of cold water with a saline solution of 1 cup water to 1 teaspoon salt, for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Hydrogen peroxide can help with tough stains. Also remember that staining is natural for this product.
  • You may wash pads with your regular laundry, as blood is water-soluble. If you prefer, wash them with linens on a cold cycle.

Drying & Storage:

  • After washing, lay flat or hang to dry, or tumble dry on low.
  • Snap pads together to make a pad train that takes up less space while drying.
  • Linen pads are best dried lying flat or hanging on a pad train.
  • Store pads in a reusable wetbag until your next cycle.

Our wet bags are made with waterproof PUL (polyurethane laminate) fabric and offer a convenient, discreet place to store used pads until wash day.

And who hasn’t wished for a little warmth during period cramps or a sore-back kind of day? Our barley-filled heat bags are designed for those moments when you need extra comfort. Follow the heating instructions provided, then settle in and enjoy the warmth.
